1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Team Creative Director's services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Team Creative Director provides creative design, web development, branding, and digital marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for specific engagements will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Team Creative Director retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Limitation of Liability
Team Creative Director shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
