1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bindas Aesthetic's services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Bindas Aesthetic provides creative design, branding, packaging, social media marketing, SEO, video production, and performance marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for specific engagements will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Bindas Aesthetic retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, projects require a 50% advance before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in a pause on deliverables.
5. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms will be discussed separately and may be billed accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bindas Aesthetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with prior written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
